KIA事務所のある、ひかりプラザの冷房設備が故障したため、
現在、緊急措置として職員はひかりプラザ2Fの男女平等推進センターにおります。
7～10月中旬の間、KIA事務局体制が変則的になりますのでお知らせいたします。
【KIA事務局の臨時体制】
●ひかりプラザの休館日以外の平日（月～金曜）：ひかりプラザ２F男女平等推進センターに職員1名以上が在室（在宅勤務と併用）
※メール、電話とも変更なしで対応可能ですが、できるだけメールでのご連絡をお願いいたします。
※事務所にお越しになる場合は、事前にご連絡いただきたくお願いいたします。

TEMPORARY OFFICE ARRANGEMENT FOR KIA
The air conditioning system at Hikari Plaza, where the KIA office is located, is currently out of order. As an emergency measure, our staff is temporarily working from the Gender Equality Promotion Center on the 2nd floor of Hikari Plaza. The KIA office is currently operating on a temporary schedule from July to mid-October. Please see below for details:
【KIA's Temporary Schedule】
● Weekdays (Monday to Friday) when Hikari Plaza is open:
At least one staff member will be present at the Gender Equality Promotion Center on the 2nd floor. Some staff may be working remotely.
* Email and phone numbers remain the same, but return calls might be delayed if the staff member is working from home.
* If you plan to visit the office, please contact us in advance.

因光广场空调故障而实行的事务局临时安排（7月－10月中旬）
由于KIA事务所所在的光广场的空调设备发生故障，
目前，作为紧急应对措施，事务所职员临时在光广场二楼的男女平等推进中心办公。
在此期间，KIA事务局的工作体制将有所调整，特此通知。
【KIA事务局的工作体制】
● 光广场开放的工作日（周一至周五）：将有一名以上职员在光广场二楼男女平等推进中心值班（部分职员居家办公）
※ 邮件与电话联系方式均不变，照常可用。但由于有职员在家工作，可能出现电话无法立即回电，我们会在日后回电。
※ 如需到事务所，请事先与我们联系。
